To excel in this exciting career advancing opportunity, you will need be dynamic, outgoing & passionate about providing our Harley-Davidson customers with the highest level of customer care ensuring their service experience is always memorable for all the right reasons. Daily Duties & Responsibilities Providing a quality service to customers who want to book their motorcycles in for service and/or repair work. Manage the end-to-end service experience including booking appointments via phone, email & face to face. Meeting & greeting customers, in a warm professional & friendly manner. Liaise with the workshop to understand work in progress, keeping customers informed and where necessary requesting authorisation for additional work. Dealing with customer's service department queries, ensuring you resolve them to the customers complete satisfaction. Maintaining a smooth-running efficient service department with a high degree of customer satisfaction. Estimating costs and completion times at the point of sale and clearly communicate them to customers. Allocating jobs to technicians based on skill level and resource utilisation. Reviewing work-in-progress to ensure quality and efficiency. Makingestimates for repairs, Cost/invoice paperwork for each customer. Liaising with manufacturers for all warranty related queries & claims. Qualifications & Attributes Minimum of 1 years’ service advisory experience in a fact paced, customer focused dealership environment, ideally within the Motorcycle/Automotive Industry A Passion for and strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson Motorcycles. Commitment to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service/care. Solution focused with strong listening & problem-solving skills. Strong Mechanical, Parts and technical understanding. Calm with a positive conscientious work ethos and proactive “Can-Do, Will Do” demeanour. Respectful, courteous to customers and colleagues. Career Focused, resilient with a desire to lead, taking ownership responsibility to develop a long‑term management career. Honest with high levels of energy and integrity Excellent communication, organisation and inter‑personial skills. Computer literate with strong attention to detail and DMS exposure, ideally Revolution.
