Senior Event Producer – DARKHORSE ANZ ABOUT US DARK HORSE is a leading Brand Experience, PR and Social agency with offices in Sydney, Auckland and Singapore. As a Senior Event Producer at DARK HORSE, you are a driver of excellence across production, creative development and client leadership. You will: Lead medium to large‑scale experiential projects end‑to‑end, setting the benchmark for creative, production and operational delivery. Champion the creative process – ensuring every idea, design and build is executed to the DARKHORSE standard. Foster best‑in‑class client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor from concept through to execution. Mentor and lead internal teams, while managing suppliers and partners to bring world‑class projects to life. Maintain exceptional financial ownership across all projects – from scoping and forecasting to reconciliation. Deliver complete project management, from creative and concept development through to onsite execution and post‑event wrap. This is a senior, autonomous role for someone who thrives in a creatively ambitious, detail‑driven environment and loves delivering experiences that make brands impossible to ignore. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & WHAT YOU BRING 8+ years’ experience in experiential, events or integrated creative agencies. 5+ years in a Producer or Senior Producer capacity delivering complex builds, events and installations. Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing direct reports. A sharp creative eye and ability to translate creative concepts into production‑ready solutions. Deep knowledge of event production, logistics and supplier management. Outstanding client management skills – from day‑to‑day relationships to C‑suite level presentations. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and reconciliation. A solutions‑focused mindset, able to navigate challenges with clarity, calmness and pragmatism. High attention to detail, exceptional organisation, and the ability to run multiple projects at pace.
