In this role, you will: Provide first-level ICT support , diagnosing and resolving incidents related to SDPR training and testing devices. Assist with the preparation, configuration, and logistics of desktops and peripheral devices across NSW Health sites. Support the distribution, return, and redeployment of SDPR devices, ensuring accurate asset tracking. Identify and escalate risks or recurring issues affecting SDPR device performance. Maintain and update asset records and knowledge articles within the ITSM platform. Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives and participate in technical learning opportunities. Travel to Health Entity sites across New South Wales to help with SDPR testing activities. About You We are looking for someone who: Hands‑on experience deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting desktops and peripheral devices. Confidence working in large, complex environments and understand ITSM service delivery. Detail‑oriented and proactive in identifying and escalating recurring technical issues. Work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth ICT operations. Customer‑focused, with strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to service excellence. Organised, able to manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in dynamic settings. Need more information?
