Join the team today The Role OurCafé / Kiosk Attendantsneed to have the highest level of customer service skills. The primary responsibility of ourCafé / Kiosk Attendantsis to deliver first class services to ourpatrons ensuring it’s in line with ourMission, Vision and Values. We are looking for school hours coverage as well as weekends. Key areas of responsibility include : Provide excellent customer service to all customers Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café Replenished condiments as needed Follow health and safety guidelines Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems Promotethe centres services and programs to ourpatrons Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods Skills & Attributes : Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style Coffee making / barista skills Food handling Certificate Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2). Current CPR Certificate. Blue Card Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods The Site Belgravia Leisure has been newly appointed as the management contract partner for the Mackay Regional Council's Bluewater Lagoon. The facilities include three interconnected lagoon pools - all with lifeguards on duty, a waterslide, shaded areas, and dedicated family spaces. The venue provides a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors of all ages.
