Job Overview Provide technical leadership across multiple squads (Platform, automation, integration). Review technical designs and ensure alignment with architectural patterns and governance. Collaborate closely with solution architects, business analysts, and the Project Manager. Support Release management through reviewing code/changes, merging changes, and Troubleshooting / resolving DevOps issues. Programming C# for Dynamics 365 development, particularly for plugins, custom workflows, and web resources and JavaScript for client-side scripting in forms and web resources. Integration of Dynamics with other systems using APIs, web services, or third-party tools like Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow), or custom integrations. Usage of PowerApps for extending Dynamics 365 capabilities. Usage of SQL Server for database operations, queries, and data management in relation to Dynamics 365. Deployment strategies, environment management, and version control using tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Visual Studio Online. Usage of UX design principles to enhance usability within Dynamics 365 customizations. Job Requirements Experienced in Programming C# for Dynamics 365 development, particularly for plugins, custom workflows, and web resources and JavaScript for client-side scripting in forms and web resources. Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (like Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, etc.), depending on the specialization. Knowledge of the Dynamics 365 architecture, including Common Data Service (CDS) or Dataverse. Experienced in customizing entities, forms, views, charts, and dashboards. Experienced in configuring business rules, workflows, business process flows, and actions. Skills in integrating Dynamics with other systems using APIs, web services, or third-party tools like Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow), or custom integrations. Proficiency in PowerApps for extending Dynamics 365 capabilities.
