Principal Dynamics CRM Developer - Federal Case Management Platform (12-Month Contract) Location: Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne or Queensland (Hybrid)Eligibility: Australian Citizenship required (Baseline clearance obtainable)Term: 12-month contract | Competitive daily rate | High-impact federal program We're supporting a major Australian federal agency delivering a large-scale case-management platform built on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform . They're looking for a Principal Dynamics CRM Developer (EL2-equivalent) who can bring real engineering depth while lifting capability across multiple squads. What you'll be doing Leading engineering practices across platform, automation and integration squads Providing technical leadership, coaching and code review discipline Building high-quality plugins, custom workflows and client-side logic using C# and JavaScript Reviewing technical designs, shaping patterns and ensuring architectural alignment Partnering closely with solution architects while remaining hands-on Guiding integration work across APIs, Logic Apps, Power Automate and custom patterns Managing structured release processes, DevOps troubleshooting and environment governance Supporting production issues, triaging and assisting with fixes when required What makes you a strong match Deep Dynamics engineering – built plugins, workflows, integrations and client-side customisations Leadership through engineering – led devs, run code reviews, set patterns and drove consistency across multiple squads Integration smarts – comfortable in complex, multi-system environments with upstream and downstream data flows DevOps and delivery discipline – understand structured releases, pipelines, environment management and governance Architect-level collaboration – partner with architects, interpret patterns and still deliver code to a high standard Mentorship mindset – enjoy helping devs level up – lifting capability is part of your DNA Tech environment Dynamics 365 / Dataverse C#, JavaScript (client-side scripting), plugins, workflows APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate PowerApps, Power BI Azure DevOps, GitHub, deployment pipelines SQL Server D365 security model XrmToolBox Azure Functions, Azure AD (basic to intermediate) Eligibility To be considered you must:✔ Be an Australian Citizen ✔ Be able to obtain a Baseline security clearance Desired Skills and Experience Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, C#, Plugins, JavaScript, Azure, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, GitHub, SQL Server, Logic Apps, XrmToolBox, CI/CD, API Integrations, Case Management, Federal Government, Baseline Clearance Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industries Government Administration #J-18808-Ljbffr
