With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, the company is expanding its site leadership team and seeking an experienced Senior Foreman/Foreman to join their team. In this role, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate trades, drive progress to meet project milestones, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage structural works, including pour days, scaffolding, formwork, and material handling (crane operations). Oversee finishing trades to ensure program adherence, sequencing, and quality delivery. Manage daily workflows for site staff and subcontractors, maintaining smooth site operations. Track progress against project milestones and provide updates to senior management. Procure and manage materials efficiently to minimise delays and variations. Identify, issue, and close out subcontractor defects in a timely manner. Enforce company QA, WHS, and environmental systems through regular site audits. Maintain detailed site records, including daily logs, labour tracking, and subcontractor instructions. Provide strong on‑site leadership, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork. Liaise with site managers, consultants, authorities, and safety officers to ensure compliance and progress. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Foreman or Senior Foreman (skilled Junior Foremen with a strong trade background are also encouraged to apply). Solid understanding of structural and finishing works within multi‑unit residential construction. Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate site teams, and drive program delivery. Strong problem‑solving, planning, and time‑management capabilities. Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Project).
