Strong communicator - clear, confident, and effective across both written and verbal channels. Tech-savvy operator with solid computer skills to manage systems, reporting, and day-to-day operations. Leadership legend - experienced in hiring, training, performance management, and leading teams through challenges. Business-smart - confident with P&Ls, payroll, and store admin to drive results and keep things running smooth.
