As a Talent Advisor for KFC South Pacific, you’ll join our newly established Yum Brands Centre of Excellence supporting our Restaurant Support Centre (Corporate Office) to attract, recruit and onboard top talent in partnership with hiring managers. You’ll assist in building a diverse and sustainable talent pipeline consistent with our talent strategy, whilst championing our employer brand ABOUT YOU Passionate about candidate experience Genuine curiosity to gain a broad understanding of each role, team and candidate you engage with to build confidence in influencing recruitment outcomes that align to business goals. Growth mindset – seeks and acts on feedback. Corporate recruitment experience across a broad portfolio (ideally including tech roles). Proven cross functional stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities. High attention to detail and ability to ensure governance over the more administrative aspects of recruitment and onboarding. Utilisation of a variety of sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, passive candidate engagement and creative networking strategies. Experience in meeting diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Experience with an ATS and an understanding of recruitment metrics. Ability to juggle multiple roles, consistently delivering against tight deadlines. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business (preferred). A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A KFC TALENT ADVISOR Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, build strategic hiring plans. Provide regular recruitment updates and metrics to key stakeholders. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles whilst prioritising an amazing candidate experience. Consistently deliver against recruitment KPIs e.g. hiring quality and time to fill. Use data-driven insights from our ATS to optimise recruitment strategies and drive continuous improvement. Identify and address bottlenecks, providing creative solutions where possible. Keep up to date with market data relating to candidate attractors. Assist in the launch and roll out of the KFC employer brand across all relevant touch points. Own candidate feedback loop compliance to candidates through our ATS whilst also ensuring interviewed candidates are provided specific actionable feedback. Play a key part in coordinating onboarding of new team members. Help build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for key roles using sourcing techniques like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
