Talent Acquisition Advisor – NSW Trustee and Guardian Do you have extensive experience working in a talent acquisition and recruitment environment? Can you build positive working relationships with hiring managers to support them in finding high-performing candidates for the NSW Trustee and Guardian? We currently have a temporary full-time opportunity within our People and Culture team. Temporary full-time role, up to six months with potential for ongoing engagement Location: Parramatta office and Sydney CBD with hybrid working options by negotiation (35 hours per week) Clerk Grade 7/8 – competitive salary of $113,574 to $125,720 per annum plus employer superannuation and annual leave loading About Us NSW Trustee and Guardian’s purpose is to support the rights, welfare, and interests of the people of NSW. The agency supports the CEO and the Public Guardian to provide customer-centred services to the people of NSW, including some of the state’s most vulnerable. We write more than 12,000 estate planning documents each year, support over 50,000 customers annually and manage in excess of eight billion dollars in customer assets. About the Team The Talent Acquisition team delivers effective, timely, and compliant support for talent acquisition and management throughout the organisation. We provide consultancy and advisory services in recruitment, talent acquisition, assessment, selection and onboarding, with a strong focus on customers, service performance, process integrity and compliance.
