Advisor - HSEQ We are looking for a HSEQ Advisor to join our dynamic team This exciting role, based in our Head office, follows a Monday to Friday roster. We're seeking professionals with a strong background in systems, assurance, and critical risk management. About the role Champion the implementation and compliance of the Macmahon Integrated Management System and HSEQ Management System. Drive system assurance and auditing to uphold standards. Safeguard Macmahon's triple ISO accreditation through system reviews, internal assurance, and facilitation of external certification and benchmark audits. Analyse Group-level statistical data to deliver actionable insights to executive leadership and the Board. Advise key stakeholders on the purpose, application, and monitoring of management systems, ensuring clarity and continuous improvement. About you Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar HSEQ role, ideally at the group or corporate level, with at a Diploma in Work Health and Safety (or equivalent). Knowledge of the Work Health and Safety Act (WA) and related legislation. Familiarity of the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act (QLD) and its subsidiary legislation is a plus. Experience in developing, maintaining and reviewing HSEQ management systems, including governance, assurance and auditing Qualification in root cause analysis methodologies, such as ICAM.
