Job Description The Opportunity HSEQ Advisor (FIFO 2 / 1) from Perth Liberty Industrial is seeking an energetic and passionate HSEQ Advisor (FIFO 2 / 1) from Perth to oversee health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) initiatives on major projects in WA. HSEQ Advisor on-site As the HSEQ Advisor on-site, you will be developing and implementing safety and quality initiatives, ensuring a safe working environment, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of HSEQ policies and management systems. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Support compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices. Work collaboratively with project managers, supervisors, and stakeholders to align HSEQ objectives. Provide guidance and support on all project-related HSEQ matters. Assist in the development of training programs to enhance workforce safety awareness and competency. Your Background Minimum of 3 years of HSEQ experience in heavy industry environment. Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) & White Card. Incident Management experience using "5 Why's". Demonstrated experience in supporting and promoting HSEQ initiatives. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to conduct incident investigations and risk assessments.
