As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for the successful delivery of client projects, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and adherence to safety standards. Key responsibilities include: Project Delivery – Deliver projects across varied scopes and disciplines, meeting agreed success criteria. Scope Development – Define project scope and assist with business case preparation and funding approvals. Stakeholder Coordination – Engage with all relevant parties to capture inputs, restrictions, and requirements. Procurement Management – Manage tender preparation, bid analysis, and contract awards for consultants and contractors. Contract Administration – Ensure compliance with contract terms, process payments, and manage changes. Construction Oversight – Control site activities for safe and compliant delivery in collaboration with consultants and safety advisors. Risk Management – Identify and mitigate project risks to minimise issues. Quality Assurance – Maintain quality standards across design and construction phases. Qualifications We are seeking a proactive professional with strong technical and organisational skills. Essential qualifications and experience include: Construction Experience – Proven track record in delivering construction projects, especiallywithin the aviation sector. Technical Knowledge – Understanding of building systems (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and Australian building standards. Contract Expertise – Skilled in contractor management and contract administration. Project Management – Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently across all lifecycle stages. Stakeholder Engagement – Strong communication and consultation skills. Compliance – Eligibility for an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC). Software Skills – Proficiency in MS Project and experience with Aconex (preferred). Independence – Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
