Role Description We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of large, multi-storey residential projects, such as Build To Rent, Social & Affordable Housing, Aged Care, Retirement Living and Mixed-Use projects. Located in our Sydney CBD office, you’ll be responsible for : Managing all aspects of project delivery from concept to completion, whilst ensuring budget and quality expectations are met. Preparing feasibility studies, business cases and scopes of works. Overseeing tender processes and appointing contractors. Engaging and liaising with consultants. Fostering strong working relationships with delivery partners and key stakeholders. Overseeing contract management, variations and claims. Candidate Profile To be successful, you’ll need demonstrated experience delivering Hotels, Social or Affordable Housing, Aged Care, Mixed-Use or other High-Density / Multi-Storey Residential projects. This role would suit someone from a Development, Construction or Client-Side Project Management background. You’ll also need : The ability to understand ‘the big picture’ of where these projects fit into the social infrastructure landscape. To understand how these developments impact the strategic objectives of private developers. Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders. High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset. Experience with design and construction phases of projects from the High-Density Residential sector. A willingness to work as part of the Project delivery team, to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients. Qualifications in Development Management, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
