Overview Senior Project Manager role at Toyota Finance Australia. The Senior Project Manager will initiate, plan and deliver projects by creating and executing plans, forming and directing project teams and working with stakeholders to complete deliverables on time, within budget and aligned to quality standards. This role includes implementing operational data layer and data services in the Databricks platform, integrated with multiple downstream and upstream systems. This is time-critical delivery requiring coordination across multiple squads within the Data Office and other departments at TFA. Responsibilities Carry out project management activities in accordance with EPMO standards Develop and implement Project Management Plans Execute projects in accordance with the plans Control projects by tracking progress against the plan, manage variance, scope, risks and issues Ensure change management activities are defined and carried out Adhere to EPMO and IT governance standards Maintain all project data including regular updates to the schedule, budget, RAID logs, scope change logs and project status reports Form and lead the project team Engage and manage vendors producing outputs for the project (in collaboration with IT) Meet regularly with Project Sponsors and Business Owners to escalate decisions and seek direction Ensure the solution is successfully transitioned into production, including coordination of implementation and post-implementation activities Implementing operational data layer and data services in Databricks platform Follow the TFA Project Delivery Framework Prepare regular project status reports and Steering Committee packs Maintain up-to-date project data in Clarity (details, resources, financials, risks, issues) Timesheet approvals and onboarding of new team members Engage with stakeholders and manage senior-level relationships Qualifications Relevant experience as Senior Project Manager, ideally 10 years+ Strong senior-level stakeholder management and interpersonal communications Experience in mid to large businesses Experience managing agile projects, especially in a scaled agile environment such as SAFe Experience with Databricks software and/or a data engineering background Formal qualifications and certifications (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE, AGILE) or working towards them Proven skills with tools such as MSP, Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar systems Life at Toyota & What we offer Flexible hours and workspaces Wellness facilities & Employee Assistance Program (private coaching for you and your family) Paid volunteer days and Employee Community Grants Fund We are an equal opportunity employer.
