You'll take the lead in: ✨ Supporting and mentoring educators to grow and succeed ✨ Ensuring every child's day is safe, engaging, and full of learning ✨ Building warm, trusted relationships with families ✨ Embedding best practice in line with the NQF and The OAC Way ✨ Inspiring a culture of collaboration, creativity, and care This is the perfect opportunity for someone ready to bring their leadership experience, energy, and love for early childhood education into a role where no two days are ever the same. About You You're a confident, team‑oriented professional who knows how to balance fun and focus.
