The ideal candidate will have strong delivery ownership, solid test management skills, and experience working in the Retail/POS domain . Occasional evening availability is required for EU time-zone meetings. Key Responsibilities Lead QA activities across a large-scale integration program . Drive test management, planning, governance, and reporting . Ensure effective defect lifecycle management and timely resolutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality outcomes. Attend EU time-zone meetings for a few hours per week (evening availability). Preferred Experience 10+ years of QA experience, including SIT-focused leadership. Strong understanding of integration flows and system dependencies. Retail/POS domain experience preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
