Director and Principal Consultant @ Forward talent We’re working with a fast‑growing, digitally focused business looking for a hands‑on QA Lead who can lift quality across a complex ecosystem, including Salesforce, some Microsoft platforms, and custom applications. What you’ll be doing You’ll set the QA strategy, put the right frameworks in place, and make quality a core part of how the team delivers. You’ll design test processes, drive automation, and make sure there’s strong coverage across functional, non‑functional and integration testing. You’ll work closely with Delivery, Product, Developers and business stakeholders to ensure every release goes out with confidence. What makes you a great fit Experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer working across multiple platforms Strong understanding of QA methods, frameworks and tools Experience testing enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Solid understanding of APIs, integrations and data validation Someone who wants to automate all the things and has delivered QA automation strategies before Strong communicator who works well with technical and non‑technical teams Why this role matters You’ll be the one building a proper QA practice from the ground up.
