The Role As Brand Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the day‑to‑day commercial driver for a portfolio of brands and be their champion inside Ranged. You’ll be the go‑between for brand founders/owners and our national account, data and supply teams, making sure we turn strategy into action, keep promises we’ve made, and help brands navigate the reality of retail. You’re the person founders text when they want to know what’s going on. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role for someone who loves building senior relationships, solving complex problems and getting things done. What You’ll Be Doing 1. Own Brand Relationships You’ll be the primary contact for a portfolio of brands, their trusted advisor and escalation point. You’ll lead annual Brand Strategy Planning and reviews with your brand and turn brand strategy into real, actionable plans: customer targets, promo calendars, launch priorities. And you’ll be the brand champion to ensure everyone at Ranged understands what each brand stands for and what success looks like. 2. Drive Range Reviews & NPD (Internally) Using our trackers to ensure transparency, you’ll work with Sales and Data to build sharp, data‑led range review and NPD stories for retailers and keep founders close to the process, sense‑checking how we tell their story and getting sign‑off. 3. Commercial Planning & Performance You’ll ensure we’re doing everything we can to drive a commercial outcome for your brands. You’ll track how they’re performing (revenue, distribution, launches) and proactively spot where we can do better. You’ll ensure promotional activity is loaded, executed and post‑evaluated (with our Promotions and Data & Performance teams). And you’ll help founders make sense of their data and insights, and what to do next. And if any issues arise (service, stock, pricing, promo), you’ll partner with Sales, Supply Chain and Data & Performance to resolve it quickly. You’ll Love This Role If… You get a buzz from helping brand founders win big in retail. You’re equally happy in the data and detail, building a strategy and in the room with senior customers. You like having multiple brands on the go: different categories, different personalities, zero boredom. About You You don’t have to tick every box, but you’ll likely bring: FMCG / Retail experience: in account management, category, brand, strategy or commercial roles. Commercial acumen: comfortable with pricing, margins, P&L and trade spend; you understand the commercial impact of decisions. Retail fluency: you “speak buyer”, and have experience with range reviews, NPD and promo planning. Relationship builder with backbone: you can build trust with founders and internal stakeholders, and you’re comfortable pushing back when needed. Organised & action‑oriented: you can juggle multiple brands and deadlines without dropping the ball. Collaborative by default: you bring the right people into the conversation and share information across teams.
