Recruitment Consultant at Pinpoint Talent Pinpoint Talent's Defence client is seeking an experienced Workforce Intelligence Consultant to support their International Placement Office within a high-profile strategic program. 6 month contract | Canberra | NV1 Clearance required The office is responsible for coordinating the movement and placement of workforce personnel between Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The successful consultant will play a key role in workforce planning, intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. This is a great opportunity to work in a trusted advisory capacity on one of Australia’s most significant strategic Defence programs, providing visibility, insight, and governance to ensure successful international workforce placements. If this sounds like you, apply today Responsibilities Developing and implementing workforce and project plans to support the establishment and ongoing operation of the office. Designing placement and posting pathways for inbound and outbound personnel. Creating governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms. Developing dashboards and executive-level visualisations to provide real-time insight into workforce activity. Collaborating closely with Defence personnel and industry stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in workforce intelligence, workforce planning, market or workforce analysis, and data modelling. Strong communication skills and ability to operate effectively in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Experience in a Defence or national security environment is highly desirable.
