What You’ll Own A Seamless Client Journey : Be the friendly, reliable point of contact clients depend on. Guide them through key milestones, provide updates, and make the process feel effortless. Support property presentations and client-facing touchpoints with clarity and care. Smooth Deal Progression : Keep deals moving by managing deadlines, follow-ups, and milestone completions. Coordinate with solicitors, builders, developers, and internal teams to keep everything on track. Track deposits, amendments, payments, and contract status with accuracy. Documentation and Contract Support : Prepare property packs, contracts, and re-sale documents. Maintain meticulous CRM and database entries. Ensure every file is complete, compliant, and ready for audit. Team Enablement : Support the sales team with the materials, updates, and information they need to shine. Assist with administrative tasks that help the entire operation run smoothly. What Makes You a Fit Experience in property, property finance, mortgage broking support, settlements, or similar.
