Customer Success Manager Join REA Group to lead customer success for our high‑value agency accounts across Australia. Based in Sydney, this hybrid role combines on‑site collaboration with remote support and requires frequent travel within NSW and to other states. What The Role Is All About Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will own a portfolio of high‑value agency accounts. Your responsibilities include onboarding, training, and continual engagement to drive product adoption and client satisfaction. Success is measured by product utilisation, partnership growth, and the creation of passionate users of CampaignAgent’s suite of advertising tools. Responsibilities Take ownership of agency accounts, driving engagement, retention, and long‑term partnership success. Onboard new agencies using the 136 Onboarding Program and ensure they realise early value from the platform. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support to align on goals and facilitate smooth handovers. Maintain proactive contact with agencies, discussing performance, introducing new features, and supporting product upgrades. Use data and reporting to identify utilisation trends and recommend strategies that increase adoption. Own the resolution of client issues, delivering effective solutions and ensuring a positive journey. Work cross‑functionally to streamline processes and minimise friction in the customer experience. Identify and tackle high‑risk churn agencies, creating retention plans and re‑engagement strategies. Travel to NSW and interstate to meet clients in person, while also hosting virtual meetings. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a track record of engaging audiences online and offline. Experience in CRM platforms and customer‑centric technology solutions. Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and thrive in ambiguous environments. Data‑driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel regularly within NSW and interstate.
