Customer Success Manager Looking to kick‑start your career in sales? We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our clients Sydney team This role offers the chance to prospect into companies of various sizes and industries and learn from well‑established and proven performers on a global scale. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll work with their customers, ensuring they maximize the value of their AI‑powered platform. You’ll build lasting relationships, drive product adoption, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience. Important to note: this is not a quota‑carrying sales CSM position. The focus is on strategic relationship management with high‑value clients, and maximising product adoption. What You’ll Do: Guide customers from onboarding to long‑term success Develop and execute adoption strategies for businesses of all sizes Conduct training sessions and provide product best practices Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross‑selling Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to optimize customer experience Represent Luminance at global industry events and customer meetings What We’re Looking For: Experience within a support, onboarding or customer success background. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (2:1 / 3.5 GPA+) in a scientific or analytical field Highly organized, proactive, and results‑driven Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident in presenting to diverse audiences Passion for customer success and cutting‑edge technology $75k base + super + bonus, negotiable based on experience.
