About the role We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our TOT Transport team as a Full-Time Transport Supervisor. The successful candidate will be required to work Tuesday to Saturday each week, with flexibility for shift work between 5am and 9pm. The Transport Supervisor plays a critical role within the team, working closely on site with our partners. To assist with smooth operations, you will provide service excellence and in field support to the operations ensuring the best outcome is achieved. Responsibilities Owner driver & fleet supervision and management Customer claims management Customer management including customer service, queries and complaints Manage site incident reporting and investigations Coordinating the daily start up of all allocated vehicles Monitor, control & governance of operational processes within SLA’s and KPI’s Recruit, induct and onboard owner drivers & fleet operators Ongoing training and performance evaluation of drivers/driving teams Effectively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders Daily reporting to the Division Manager & Operations Manager Planning and execution of driver & vehicle audits Planning and execution of driver route rides Delivering local toolbox discussions Qualifications & Attributes Minimum 2 year experience within the Transport industry Strong geographical understanding of Western Australia Previous experience using Microsoft office suite The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Strong timely communication, logical thought processing, ability to problem solve The ability to create strong relationships through integrity and influence High focus on safety and a strong understanding of WHS policies and procedures inclusive of COR legislations Proactive approach, positive attitude with the mindset of growing the scope of the role Current and valid Drivers Licence with own reliable transport Benefits Great career growth opportunities within the business Infield, hands on learning and development Supportive and friendly environment Team Building Events Free all-day parking Competitive Salary + Annual bonus incentives To apply please submit your CVand a coverletter.
