About The Role We are seeking a Team Leader – Spatial and Data Services to join Entura in Hobart to grow & work within our specialised services & inventive techniques in collection, manipulation, analysis and management of spatial data on a micro and macro scale. Reporting to the Director – Water and Renewables, the Team Leader will ensure the formation, development, leadership and performance of a highly capable resource pool of technical professionals. The team covers services such as spatial analysis, spatial web and field applications, 3D modelling and photo montage, engineering surveying, deformation surveying, laser scanning, UAV and LiDAR, bathymetry and industrial metrology. Responsibilities Develop technical capability, resourcing to suit client and market demand, enhance team performance and foster communication and collaboration. Work closely with the sales team to nurture client relationships and help generate opportunities and successful sales outcomes. About You Hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant Spatial or technical discipline and have significant technical experience on major infrastructure projects. Be an inspiring leader with a demonstrated track record within a spatial consulting business. Have robust commercial acumen and effective communication skills. Be prepared to undertake local, national and international travel as required.
