We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Social Media team based in Sydney and are currently looking for a Social Media Specialist to join the team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will bring our brand voices to life through engaging, on‑trend, and platform‑optimised content. With a sharp editorial eye and an instinct for what resonates with online communities, you’ll craft and publish compelling proactive and reactive copy across multiple social channels. Responsibilities Write, edit, and schedule compelling copy across platforms using tools like Sprinklr. Champion brand tone and editorial standards across all social media outputs. Collaborate closely with internal creative, brand, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life. Continuously refine and evolve brand voice to resonate with distinct audience archetypes and platforms. Develop and maintain social content calendars aligned with marketing and campaign goals. Support creative brief development and contribute to ideation on new content formats. Review analytics and post‑performance insights to inform future content decisions. Stay ahead of meme culture, platform updates, and digital behavior shifts to keep our content relevant and resonant. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field. Previous experience in a social media, digital marketing, or content production role. Proven experience writing and editing social‑first copy, ideally in entertainment, gaming, or consumer brands. Experience working with content publishing tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar). Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Meta Insights or Google Analytics) to assess performance and inform strategy. Outstanding writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for multiple brands and audiences. Deep understanding of platform‑specific behaviours (Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, Twitter/X tone, etc.).
