Job Title and Employer Senior Lifestyle Victoria Team Lead & Development Officer – Latrobe Community Health Service Location & Employment Morwell, full-time, permanent. Overview Latrobe Community Health Service is a not‑for‑profit health care provider dedicated to delivering rewarding community services. As Team Lead & Development Officer you will provide day‑to‑day leadership to the Seniors Lifestyle Victoria (SLV) program coordinators, supporting the delivery of high‑quality, evidence‑based services to participants. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and support to SLV program coordinators. Develop the SLV program framework and contribute to the local implementation plan. Ensure program meets full project performance milestones. Lead program quality evaluations and implement improvements. Identify emerging trends, gaps, and opportunities in the community health sector and recommend strategies to improve service quality, cultural safety, and alignment with national aged‑care reforms. Maintain a total remuneration package of $123,036–$128,168 per annum, including superannuation and optional salary packaging benefits. Qualifications & Skills High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and the internet. Capability to rapidly deploy new programs and initiate program activities. Strong problem‑solving skills and initiative in identifying alternative solutions to complex situations. Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication ability. Adaptable, empathetic, resourceful, and upholds LCHS values: Providing Excellent Customer Service, Creating a Successful Environment, Providing Personal Best, and Acting with Utmost Integrity.
