Role Description Are you a values-driven leader with a passion for person-centred disability support? Together2 is seeking a skilled and compassionate Day Program Manager to lead our integrated day program, supporting participants with complex behaviour support needs and/or NDIS High Intensity Supports. The Day Program Manager is responsible for the operational leadership, coordination and high-quality delivery of Together Two’s integrated day program specialising in supporting people with complex behaviour support needs and/or NDIS High Intensity Supports. The role ensures that participants receive person-centred, safe and meaningful supports aligned with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles, NDIS Practice Standards and Together Two’s organisational values. The manager oversees day-to day program operations, staff supervision, behaviour support plan implementation, monitoring of restrictive practices (where authorised) and clinical escalation in collaboration with internal and external Behaviour Support Practitioners and Registered Nurses. About you Minimum 2–3 years in disability support, day program coordination, or behaviour support environments. Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, Positive Behaviour Support, and trauma-informed care. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
