Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain a modern posi with up-to-date technology to perform accurate final trimming and finishing work. Conduct regular checks of equipment for maintenance and safety. Communicate with our site supervisor to ensure projects are completed to a high standard. Maintain a high standard of work quality, ensuring all projects comply with engineering and safety standards. Assist with site preparation and other civil earthmoving tasks as required. Skills and Experience Experience as a Final Trim Operator in the civil construction or earthmoving. Experience with compaction, levelling, final trim and water binding techniques. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications to ensure work is completed to project requirements. Ability to work alone or unsupervised. Not afraid to fulfil other tasks including operating other machines. Strong attention to detail. Excellent Communication and teamwork skills. A strong commitment and awareness to workplace health and safety. Competitive hourly rates in a full-time position with a view to move to a 9-day fortnight. A Ute supplied for work and personal usage with the appropriate tools and kit. Labourer to assist you with onsite works. Opportunity to work on diverse projects, in a fast-changing environment. Supportive and positive team environment. Start and finish at our Busselton Depot and be home every night.
