DIGGA is currently seeking skilled and experienced Final Trim Excavator Operators for multiple positions with our civil construction clients in Launceston and surrounding areas. These roles involve working on a variety of projects, roads, subdivisions, bulk earthworks, SW/drainage works and civil infrastructure developments. Immediate starts available. All candidates will need to pass pre‑employment registration and medical assessments. Requirements Proven experience as a final trim Operator in the Civil Construction Industry Experience using TopCon GPS Previous experience in either Roads, Subdivision and/or Land Development Projects and other projects. Relevant tickets, and white card Valid Manual Drivers Licence, HR/HC truck licence advantageous but not necessary Roles & Responsibilities Operate mobile plant and equipment across the companies' various projects Strong understanding of civil construction environments Ability to read plans, understand levels, and work to tolerances Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work in a team Daily fueling and greasing of machinery and plant Reporting to the Site Supervisor Why Should You Apply Now?
