Responsibilities Work collaboratively withina small team to manage, coordinate and review medium/high risk Workers Compensation (WC) and Additional Compensation (AC)claims, in accordance with the provisions of the applicablelegislation and associated Regulation, Award and EnterpriseAgreement. Work proactively to resolveclaims and compensation issues and contribute to the creationof a positive work culture, through responsible participationin grievance and dispute resolution; Participation andcontribution to the management of Injury Management systemsacross the Emergency Services Sector (ESS), the AuditVerification System (Office for the Public Sector & RTWSA),the Building Safety Excellence in the public sector (BSE)strategy and Injury Management data analysisreports. Participation andcontribution in best practice case management and earlyintervention systems for injuredemployees/volunteers. Work collaboratively withESS agencies to proactively manage risks associated withemployees/volunteers returning to work followinginjury. Provide a consultancyservice regarding claims management to Emergency ServicesSector (ESS) agencies. Contribute to the managementand strategic direction of the Injury ManagementServices.
