We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Experience Designer with our awesome team in Melbourne or Sydney. The role : As our next Senior Experience Designer at Merkle, you will be tasked with developing experience strategies and visions which clearly support valuable outcomes for Merkle’s clients and their customers. We are looking for someone who loves working with designers, analysts, strategists, developers and directly with clients to help them to bring amazing ideas to life. You'll also be constantly learning about new techniques and approaches that we can bring to our clients. Core responsibilities : Lead the delivery of world-class work and bring excellent experiences to life Excellent demonstrable understanding of how to apply design fundamentals including typography, colour theory, layout, foundations, motion and accessibility to their designs Conducting research and exploration to develop compelling insights, translating findings into clear design rationale Works closely with cross-functional teams to design the best digital experiences possible Develop your design skills on-the-job and support the growth of the team Work with a variety of brands to explore, extend and improve their customer experiences.
