Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital engagement? Southport Sharks is seeking a casual Social Media Coordinator to bring our brands to life online. Connecting our community through vibrant content, authentic storytelling, and a keen eye for what’s trending. As part of our Marketing team, you’ll curate and publish dynamic content that showcases our venues, events, food & beverage offerings, and club culture. You’ll help shape the voice of Southport Sharks across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond, inspiring engagement and driving visitations. What you’ll do: Create, schedule, and manage on-brand content across multiple social platforms Collaborate with our Marketing, Design, and Football Media teams to share stories that connect Engage with our online community and respond to feedback in a way that builds loyalty Track performance metrics and share insights to continually improve reach and engagement Stay ahead of social trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant What you’ll bring: Experience in social media, digital communications, or content creation Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud, plus familiarity with WordPress Energy, initiative, and the flexibility to support evening or weekend events when required Why join us?
