Social Media & Marketing Coordinator (with Filming Skills) BigStar Circus – Ashmore, Gold Coast Casual / Full-time / Contract (Flexible) Hey there I’m Rhett , founder of BigStar Circus — where kids and adults build confidence, strength, and creativity through circus, aerial, gymnastics. Our mission is simple: to educate, inspire, and positively change families through the joy of circus. We’re looking for a certified, creative marketing professional who knows their way around Meta Ads and social media — and can prove it If you love filming, content creation, and community-driven storytelling, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do Film and edit short, engaging videos for socials and YouTube. Create fun, family-friendly content about our classes, shows, and events. Manage and grow our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube pages. Run and optimize Meta Ad campaigns — track and report real results. Handle emails, messages, phone calls, and reception duties with parents and customers. Help at events and festivals with filming and promotion. What We’re Looking For ✅ Certified professional in digital or social media marketing. Can show proof of previous Meta ad campaigns or performance stats. Can show previous successful post or reels actual video. Skilled with Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut/Premiere Pro, etc. Creative, reliable, and confident communicating with families Perks & Flexibility 20–38 hours per week – flexible setup (casual, full-time, or contract). Work from our BigStar Circus studio. Studio access for your own training and creativity. Learn the art of circus – If you want too Potential to grow into a Marketing Manager role.
