We are seeking a reliable, autonomous and self-driven engaging Store Supervisor to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a diverse and hands-on role who will suit someone who is passionate about customer service, has great operational and people skills & enjoys camping, cars & 4WD’s Your primary responsibilities as the new store supervisor, whilst not limited to, will include: Manage and drive incoming customer inquiries, sales management, in-store sales and services to ensure all sales opportunities are optimized; Provide products and services to customers, including installs whilst maintaining the stability and reputation of the store; Enforce and maintain quality and customer service standards; Maintain trade sales and drive growth through B2B selling and service; Manage site operations and dynamically drive continuous improvement; Analyse and resolve quality and customer problems, identify market trends and offering strategic solutions; Contribute to local area marketing concepts and business improvement strategies; Be responsible for inventory management, stock takes, daily reconciliation, banking and other administrative duties as required; Manage work scheduling of staff and priorities of customers in an efficient manner; Maintain a clean and safe operating area which includes shop, vehicles and workshop at all times; Ensure compliance of internal and external policies, procedures and laws at all times. About You To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following attributes : Proven leadership and people management skills Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle conflicting priorities Strong customer service and communication skills Previous sales/retail experience in the auto and/or camping sector Ability to operate autonomously, be self-motivated and flexible Hold a current Manual Driver’s licence You will have an advantage if you also possess: Auto Electrical/Mechanically trade qualification Experience in batteries In return In return for your hard work, you will enjoy a fair remuneration package which includes base salary, a vehicle and phone, a company uniform, an incentive scheme along with generous discounts on our company products and great potential for personal development and growth within our company.
