Netstrata Group is a long-established leader in strata management, and we’re looking for a Levy Recovery Officer who can steady the ship across our levy arrears process and support reliable cashflow for our buildings. You’ll work closely with our strata managers, committees, owners and legal partners, using a structured and transparent recovery process. It’s a role for someone who likes the mix of methodical work, firm but fair communication, and the satisfaction of seeing arrears actually reduce because of what you’ve put in place. What you’ll be doing Monitoring overdue levy accounts and issuing reminder notices Speaking with owners about arrears, payment options and next steps Documenting all communication and actions accurately Escalating matters in line with legislation and company processes Preparing complete referral files when legal action is required Maintaining accurate arrears reporting and identifying trends or risks Keeping strata managers and committees informed throughout the process Contributing to ongoing improvements in procedures and templates What you’ll bring A background in debt recovery, finance or strata management will set you up well, along with strong communication skills and a steady hand in tricky conversations. You’ll be organised, deadline-driven and comfortable juggling multiple files without letting accuracy slide. Confidence with legislation, structured processes and industry software is important, as is a diplomatic approach when speaking with owners or committees. Calm, consistent and methodical, even when volumes are high. Someone who keeps the team informed, focuses on practical solutions and genuinely wants to see matters resolved in a timely way.
