About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Mechanic to join either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. The role involves undertaking quality workmanship to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre‑accident condition. This full‑time position is located in all areas of Hobart, TAS. Key Responsibilities Diagnose damaged suspension parts and mechanical components. Dismantle and fit new mechanical and suspension parts. Conduct quality control and inspection of vehicles. Test drive vehicles to ensure they meet quality repair standards. Perform wheel alignments. Carry out system updates to diagnostic computers and wheel alignment computers when necessary. Label parts and store them; check new parts are correct and undamaged. Perform any adaptations based on completed diagnoses. Clean work bay and workshop areas. About You Experience and training as a qualified Mechanic (essential). Strong commitment to safety. Desire to grow and build skills. Good attitude with excellent communication skills.
