Part-Time Cleaner SUPERVISOR – Hobart TAS We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hands‑on Full‑Time Cleaner Supervisor to join our team in Lutana, Hobart . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example and maintaining high standards in a dynamic industrial environment. Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm. Position Details Location: Lutana, TAS 7000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm. Police check required. What We Offer Competitive award rates of pay All equipment, consumables, uniforms, and training provided Support from the Operations Manager and a strong team culture A secure and ongoing role with opportunities for growth Laundry facilities on site About the Role You will oversee a team of approximately 8‑9 cleaners , ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, presentation and compliance with site safety procedures in a factory environment. This is a hands‑on supervisory position, where you will actively participate in cleaning duties and cover shifts when required. Key Responsibilities Conducting stocktakes and maintaining ordering sheets Monitoring attendance and ensuring daily coverage Completing site inspection reports and submitting regular updates Leading by example through hands‑on cleaning in assigned areas Providing coverage, mentoring for new staff, on leave or unwell. Cleaning tasks may include vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, and operating specialised equipment such as polivacs, Willmops, and floor scrubbers .
