Reporting to the Service Manager, Equipment, this role will be responsible for the mechanical work involved in repair, maintenance and servicing of turf maintenance related equipment within a nominated region in support of a wider national network.* Effectively managing field service priorities and schedules.* Ensuring our service fleet vehicle's safety, cleanliness, and proper resourcing.* Coordinating and performing various mechanical tasks in repairing, maintaining, and servicing turf maintenance-related equipment.* Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related information.* Providing product service training to clients as required.* Build and maintain a customer base to promote the ongoing financial growth of the Service Centre.* Participating in regular internal product-based training to meet and exceed OEM service standards.* Ability to work independently and in a team environment* Experience in the maintenance and repair of mobile equipment, including hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel and petrol engines* Ability to use test and diagnostic equipment to determine the cause of mechanical or electrical problems* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to establish effective business relationships with internal and external customers* A valid Australian Motor Vehicle LicenseWe encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, abilities, and experiences.
