Montessori Assistants

Little Line Montessori Children’s House is a new service that will be opening up in 2025. This service will operate within long day care hours to support the families and children of Doncaster, Melbourne, and surrounding areas. We are inviting candidates to apply for the position of Montessori Assistant in our 0-3 and 3-6 communities. We would also consider applicants who are studying towards a Certificate III or Diploma in ECEC and are in their last year of study. We provide our team with the opportunity to develop their professional skills through workshops, mentoring programs, and offering consistent support staff for programming coverage. We also offer in-house training to ensure consistency of practice and approaches to the Montessori Philosophy throughout our environments. We seek applicants who have excellent communication and written skills and are positive contributors to a team of diverse educators. We are looking for candidates who have a willingness to develop skills and knowledge about Montessori Principles and Practices and to work as a team to support the development of this new service.
