About the role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader & Campus Manager and Assistant Childcare Manager to join our team at Mercury Early Learning in Camberwell, VIC. This full-time role will see you leading a team of educators to deliver exceptional early childhood education and care for children aged 6 months–6 years. What you'll be doing Providing educational leadership, mentoring and coaching to the childcare team Developing and implementing the educational program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and quality standards Managing daily operations, including staffing, budgets, and administrative tasks Fostering strong relationships with families and the local community Continuously improving policies, procedures and practices to provide the highest quality care What we're looking for Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education Significant experience in an educational leader and/or management role in a childcare setting Excellent knowledge of the National Quality Framework and industry regulations Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision‑making abilities Demonstrated commitment to continuous quality improvement What we offer At Mercury Early Learning, we are dedicated to providing a supportive, collaborative and flexible work environment.
