Educational Leader at Goodstart Early Learning Location & Centre 290 Belmore Road, Balwyn, 3103, VIC Goodstart Minifie Park Early Childhood Centre Role Overview Fixed term Full time (January 2026-March 2027). Pay $40.88 - $42.63 P/h + Super (DOE and Qualification). Responsibilities Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs offered to children. Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content. Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice. Qualifications Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent). Current VIC Working with Children Check.
