Since opening less than a year ago, our centre has welcomed many new families. As Our Educational Leader You will have the opportunity to work across all rooms in our beautiful multi-level centre, mentoring educators, guiding practice, and supporting the management team. This full-time role offers the chance to inspire, coach, and elevate practice while being part of a warm and growing community. At Treetop, we foster creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning. Our play-based approach encourages children to explore, discover, and develop essential life skills, while strong relationships with families remain at the heart of everything we do. Our Unique Sala Our Sala space brings families together over coffee and breakfast, while children enjoy shared meals in a social dining environment — building connections that make our community special. Your Impact As Educational Leader Support the team in developing and implementing our educational program Mentor, coach, and inspire educators across the service Guide daily practice and elevate quality learning experiences Collaborate with centre management to achieve excellence Qualifications Early Childhood Qualification Working with Children’s Check (Employee) Mandatory Reporting, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Red Nose Safe Sleep & SunSmart Certificates Food Safety Supervisor & Food Allergen Course Valid working rights in Australia We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels protected, valued, and empowered.
