We are a large cloud-based platform, delivering Enterprise Risk and Safety solutions to over 1 million users. Due to the increasing number of upcoming projects, we are currently seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our Professional Services team in Melbourne on a permanent basis. This position will see you assisting with the managing of the implementation and deployment of our cloud-based software.You will be required to be very hands-on in the configuration and project meetings. If you are client-focused, have a strong can-do attitude and want to break into the Project Management space then this role is for you. Skill & Experience Relevant tertiary or post-graduate qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field Knowledge of various project methodologies and the desire to complete Project Management courses Some experience with implementing software to external clients or working in a support environment with SAAS platforms is highly desirable. Knowledge and or experience in the Health and Safety and/or Risk sector would be highly regarded. Roles and responsibilities: Assisting the Senior Project managers with the implementation and maintenance of the Project Schedule to ensure successful delivery of the project within agreed timeframes, resources, and budget. Develop and maintain strong working relationships and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Assisting with the management of project risks and mitigation plans. Hands-on configuration of the software to client specifications Updating project documentation including project plans, Statements of Work and other related project artefacts Deliver training and facilitation of user configuration workshops. Responsible for the configuration of the Software toensure it meets the defined project scope and client business requirements. Assisting with Data Migration activities. Management of key milestones and deliverables. Budgetary oversight of assigned projects. Development ofFunctional Specifications when required.
