Project Manager (Junior / Associate Level) Location: Australia Employment Type: Full-time Overview We are seeking a proactive Junior / Associate Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of projects across the organisation. This role is ideal for professionals at the early stages of their project management career who want hands‑on experience coordinating teams, tracking progress, and ensuring successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating day‑to‑day project activities. Monitor timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure projects remain on track. Support communication between internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Prepare documentation including project briefs, progress reports, meeting notes, and status updates. Assist in risk identification, issue tracking, and mitigation planning. Help maintain project‑management tools and dashboards (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Projectli> Contribute to project reviews and provide insights on improvements and efficiency. Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and procurement activities when required. Participate in meetings and ensure follow‑up actions are documented and completed. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Strong organisational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project‑management platforms is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Internship or experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles. Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Certifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM, or Agile training (desirable but not required).
