THE ROLE As Assistant Project Manager, your role is to coordinate and deliver development projects within set budgets, schedules, and quality targets. You will work proactively with a high degree of diplomacy, to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as your client’s representative to protect their interests and achieve optimal outcomes. ABOUT YOU Demonstratable work experience in the civil/building construction industry (1+ years) and/or qualifications in project management or relevant field. Experience liaising with government authorities and agencies preferred, including an understanding of regulatory approvals. Genuine passion to pursue a client‑side career with a proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders to create project‑specific teams. Understanding of quality systems and ability to work within the business’s policies and procedures. A strong understanding of project management principles and the property development lifecycle. Previous experience in delivering projects of any type. Ability to work autonomously to deliver the best outcome possible for clients. Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, Teams, MS Project and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail. Must possess a current driver’s licence.
