Sales Consultants – High‑Energy Closers Wanted HCPA South Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Are you a sales gun who thrives on big targets, bigger commissions, and lives for the thrill of the sale? This is your gig. We’re scaling fast across multiple verticals and we need sales weapons to fuel the fire. You bring the hunger, we’ll bring the leads and training. What Makes A Dream Job? Employee assistance programme: confidential counselling support. What You'll Be Doing Chasing and closing big deals – full stop. Working with warm leads from our internal BDR team. Owning your pipeline with sharp strategy and fast follow‑up. Smashing your weekly and quarterly sales targets. Building repeat business and retained clients with ongoing potential. The Successful Candidate Closers – you know how to move fast and land deals. Proven background in new business development, cold sales or high‑pressure B2B/B2C sales. Preferably 2+ years proven experience in B2B/B2C sales with demonstrated success in closing deals. Strong commercial acumen and confidence negotiating large contracts. Resilient, resourceful, relentlessly target‑driven. Healthcare industry experience NOT required – we provide full product training. Bonus: Experience selling into clinics, providers, or regulated sectors. Must have permanent Australian work rights.
