Customer Service Agent PERGOLUX is a rapidly growing e‑commerce company specialising in home and garden products, particularly pergolas . Founded in Norway, we operate in more than 15 countries across Europe, Australia, North America and South America. We are looking for a passionate, customer‑focused professional to join our high‑performance team. What You’ll Do Act as the customer service superstar for our customers, handling complex inquiries and escalations across phone, email and chat. Provide expert advice on technical and installation questions. Independently manage cancellation requests, claims, returns and refunds, verifying accuracy of each issue. Collaborate closely with transport service providers, logistics, warehouse and product development teams. Ensure high customer satisfaction and drive improvement of our NPS. Maintain data and optimise processes to increase efficiency and service quality. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales, or a trade/technical background with the ability to learn our customer service software. Outstanding communication skills, always putting the customer first. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Strong customer service mindset with good self‑organisation skills. IT affinity and rapid adaptation to new systems and tools. Familiarity with Zendesk, Shopify and Aircall is preferred but not essential.
