Job Title Customer Service Agent About The Role We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide helpdesk support for our front‑end web applications originating from phone, email, ticketing software and online chat. You will help customers use web applications and support key contracts from a web support perspective. Responsibilities Ensuring customers receive the best possible service. Supporting key contracts from a web support perspective. Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders. Assisting customers, including training if required, with support calls regarding use of web applications. Working across multiple systems including email, Jira, ERP, CRM, Website and online chat. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Strong customer service focus. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
