About the role We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide helpdesk support for our front-end web applications originating from phone, email, ticketing software and online chat. This is your opportunity to join one of the TOP electrical wholesalers in Australia A bit about your role Ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. Supporting key contracts from a web support perspective. Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and external stakeholders. Assisting customers, including training if required, with support calls regarding use of web applications. Working across multiple systems including email, Jira, ERP, CRM, Website and online chat. A bit about you Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work under minimal supervision Proficient working with various software systems and internet applications Why join Rexel?
